Rick was astounding with always a very quick turn around. Professional look and video explanation to discuss rates. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Rest of team were last minute, seemingly overwhelmed and easily frazzled. Regardless of how quick we replied (typically within 24-48 hours) with all requested documents the deadline limit was pushed forcing rate lock extensions. Did not invoke confidence in their work with the repeated questions and confusion over our situation.
