Great communication

In general the process was fine. The information given upfront was excellent. The entire process took some time and at times it was unclear what documentation was needed. Messages would often get left in the loan portal that we did not see until much later as we didn't know to check the portal frequently for messages. All in all, the process was extensive but manageable. Thanks for your help!

This was even more impressive and appreciated given the massive number of refinance's they are dealing with. There service with us made us feel like we were the only refinance they were working. Great job!! We also absolutely loved the initial contact with Rick and how he explained our refinance through an email/video where he walked through every detail.

Rick was a pleasure to work with. Built and maintained high level of trust from the beginning. Being a first time buyer, Stacey was also very helpful in the beginning of the process. Loraine and I struggled a bit when it came to potentially having to move my closing date but I know my name fell on her plate because of Gwen being ill. I know Loraine was working hard for my best interest and appreciate it greatly.

They sent me the details on what they needed in order to process the refinance, I sent all of the information back to them within a couple days, and I was closed before I knew it. They kept me informed through the process, and never gave me the run around like the company I was working with prior to Advisors. I highly recommend them.
