Rick and Stacey are very competent in what they do, and are always very accommodating to help me get the docs that I need developed so that they'll be accepted.

The entire process was quick and easy. Rick and his team were very transparent about the process. There was even a video walking me through the various refinance options.

Communication is key to a successful collaboration and the more information that the agent can receive regarding anything that has been completed or that is still outstanding is helpful in getting it closed on time. I also appreciate the video communication from Rick...it makes a much more personal experience. Thank you.

First and foremost, Rick knows what he is doing. This was our first home so we knew NOTHING about anything. We met with Rick and he talked us through everything. He read our faces and explained things in different ways when he could tell that we didn’t fully understand. Throughout the process he sent us customized videos about each step of the process. He was always available via email, text or call to answer any questions that we had. He and his team are on it!
