I would highly recommend Rick Ripma and Advisors Mortgage Group. In speaking to a couple of other mortgage companies I found that they didn’t understand my finances as the owner of a Sub-S corporation and were having difficulty not only getting me approved, but even figuring out what documentation they would need from me. As soon as I spoke to Rick I realized he “got it”. As expected, I did have to submit a fair amount of paperwork, but in doing so he reviewed it with his underwriting team to get me pre-approved. When I found my house and had a signed purchase agreement I just had to refresh a couple statements and everything went very smoothly, with me closing on the house in 20 days! I would definitely use Rick again for any need I may have and would refer any friends and family to him!

Rick and Stacey were just amazing! They answered all my questions and kept me up to date on the process the entire time. I never had to wait for phone calls, they always got back with me right away. I had to mediate with my ex during the refinance process, and they were patient with me the entire time. They were genuinely happy I finally got to finish the refinance. I can’t say enough about them!

Not having to do things on line

Rick Ripma and his whole team walked us through each step of the loan process and explained everything. We were treated with respect and, as new home owners, the loan process was much simpler with them there to answer every question.
